Art Journaling Take 2

I blogged a post a few minutes ago with pictures of my art journal. Unfortunately upon clicking on the photos you could read what I'd written and the writing is personal and private so I've deleted the post. Im going to try again but this time I've blurred them using Craft Artist - with the exception of the first page as it has no journaling on it:

As I said in the last post I've no idea if they are any good. I just know I've written some important stuff (important to me) and its been very therapeutic and I've enjoyed every minute of it!

Happy 2012!

  1. If its therapeutic for you and you enjoy it, that's all that matters - but your pages are lovely and what a clever idea to blur the writing!

  2. They're fab - don't worry about what others think about them, they are for you & its lovely that you have shared them with us. I totally agree with Rosie - if its helped you and you're enjoying the process, then they are the best!

  3. Art journalling is a personal thing, if you have enjoyed doing it and they help, who cares what anyone else has to say.
I love the colours that you have used and hope you have a happy and creative new year. x

  4. Don't worry I can't read a thing

These pages look fab, glad you enjoyed them and found them therapeutic.

I sometimes journal messily all over the page to get thoughts out of my head and onto paper, and then gesso over them and build a page on top. That way nobody gets to read the words, but I still got to get them down.
